BMW Z3

– BMW Z3 from the last year of production, 2002
– beautiful roadster in sapphire black metallic
– 1.9 litre engine with 87 kW (120 hp) and 5-speed manual gearbox
– paintwork and black leather interior in good condition
– air conditioning, heated seats and fog lamps
– power windows, leather steering wheel
– engine fluids and oilfilter recently replaced
– German registration documents and valid technical approval until 12/2018

In 1995, BMW presented a new sporting two seater roadster. Designed by Joji Nagashima, technically based on E36 and internally named E36/7, this was the first new BMW to be built exclusively in the US. Within just two years, a new factory had been erected at Greer, South Carolina, which had commenced production of the E36 in 1994. Apart from the powertrain, which still came from Germany, all other components for the Z3 were sourced from North American suppliers. The roadster was very popular right from day one – aided by clever product placement in the 1995 James Bond film GoldenEye.
In 1999, a coupĂ© version (E36/8) was added. This proved somewhat controversial, as it was more of a shooting brake than an actual coupĂ©, and it ended up nicknamed “breadbox” by some critics. The engine palette ranged from a 1.8 litre four-cylinder with 85 kW (116 hp) to the mighty 3.2 litre six-cylinder in the Z3 M, which boasted 239 kW (325 hp).
For the 2000 model year, the Z3 was facelifted, the new look best noticeable at the rear with the L-shaped taillights. The facelift also brought better insulation for the convertible top, which now had three layers, not just one, and higher quality materials were used for the plastic rear window.
Over 7 years, a total of 279,273 roadsters and 17,815 coupés were built.

Opel Kadett E GSI 16V

Performance-enhanced E-Kadett GSI from first owner
– 160hp from a 2.0L 16V four-cylinder petrol engine
– 5-gear manual transmission
– 3 owners within the same family
– Registered increase in performance through Lexmaul components
– BBS rims
– Mounted rear silencer
– Servicebook maintained up to 128,500 KM
– H&R suspension
– All original parts available
– Borbet accessory rims are included
– German registration, admission as historic vehicle + valid technical control ( MoT) until 04/2024

In the summer of 1984, the public was able to admire the new Kadett GSI at the Paris Motor Show. Based on the technical design of its predecessor, the Kadett D with front-wheel drive but with a new hatchback body, it was voted “Car of the Year 1984”. Two years later, the Kadett GSi could also be ordered as a five-door model. After only a short time, customers accepted the new shape and the Kadett E began to soar, achieving 625,000 new registrations throughout Europe in 1987. The Caravan had long since become the load master of all classes. In the fall of 1985, for the first time since the Kadett C, there was also a variant with a notchback. The GSi finally became an icon when, starting in 1988, it left the competition behind with its pioneering 150-hp 16-valve engine, the first Opel large-series engine with four valves per cylinder. The Kadett D was already the best compact with a drag coefficient of 0.39. The body of the E model was optimized in the wind tunnel and achieved a sensational 0.32. The sporty GSI with a coefficient of 0.30 became the most streamlined sedan in the world. This sixth generation Opel Kadett was the last generation before the introduction of the Astra models. The GSI (Grand Sport Injection) designation was very popular and continues to be used by Opel today.

– BMW Z3 M Roadster at a competitive price
– US specification model
– unwarranted 119,600 mls on the odometer
– truly stunning look with estoril blue metallic paintwork and matching interior
– M version with aerodynamic front bumper, quad exhaust and side gills with chrome strip
– electric soft top, power windows, electrically adjustable heated seats, aircon, BMW CD radio
– partially repainted, some traces of wear and tear, but agreeable overall condition
– a veritable future classic with plenty of “oomph”

Fiat 850 Sport Spider

In terms of car styling, the 1960s and 1970s were unburdened, easy-going times. Vehicles didn’t need to have countless gadgets, hugely powerful engines or elaborate safety features. They could be lightweight, slim and pretty instead. Presumably, this is why classics from this era have kept their appeal. Just look at this 1970 Fiat 850 Spider: A tiny, 900 cc engine with an output of merely 38 kW (52 hp) is all it has, yet it proudly carries “Sport” in its name. And with a kerb weight of only 745 kg, it even feels sportier than many modern cars with far more powerful engines.
This Spider is in a fair condition, considering its age of 46 years. The paint may not be perfect, and the black leatherette interior, which has seen partial refurbishment in the past, also displays a certain degree of patina. A beautiful wooden steering wheel, without which no Italian car from this era would be complete, is also present. The convertible top is mechanically sound, devoid of cracks and its rear window still clear. The Spider runs on steel rims with chromed hub caps. On the rear lid, a luggage rack has been fitted.
This Spider, which comes with German registration documents and valid technical approval until 02/2018, is now in search of a new owner who will give it a bit of care and attention. The reward will be pleasurable driving and this certain feeling of lightheartedness which modern cars simply cannot provide.

After the great success Fiat had enjoyed with its 600, the 850 was presented in 1964 as an evolution of the same concept: A rear-engined, rear-wheel-drive compact car, slightly larger than the 600 in external dimensions as well as engine capacity. Initially only available as a 2-door sedan, several other variants were soon to follow: At the 1965 Geneva Motor Show, Fiat had two new body styles for the 850 on display: An attractively styled coupé version and a sporty two-seater convertible, the Spider. Both had the original 843 cc engine installed, which was tuned to have a somewhat higher power output than in the sedan, as well as a more luxurious trim, including sports seats, a sports steering wheel and front disc brakes. The Spider was styled by Giorgetto Giugiaro at Bertone and by looking at it, you would never guess it shared the same basis as the comparatively mundane standard-version of the 850 sedan.
In 1968, a model enhancement brought minor modifications to front lights and bumpers as well as a more powerful engine, which now enabled a top speed of up to 152 km/h. Coupé and Spider remained in production until 1973, with a total of 342,873 coupés and only 124,600 convertibles built. Today, the Spider is by far the most sought after Fiat 850 variant and the model with the greatest appreciation.

If you have been searching for high-quality, attractive, solid driving VW Bug, this is the car for you!

Sales on behalf of consignor

When production of this convertible came to a close, its fans had tears in their eyes! Precious few other vehicles had found their way into the hearts of people the way the Beetle Convertible had – thanks to its timeless, cuddly shape and certainly also due to the fact that it had brought the convertible feeling to people far below the ranks of the “upper ten thousand” in the first place.

During the final years of the nearly 30-year production span, the open version of the VW Beetle became increasingly popular, and as the demand went up, so did the prices for well-kept used cars, which surpassed their retail prices almost right from the start. A car that had already become a classic during its construction period, after all it was produced with relatively marginal changes from 1949 to 1980.

All along, the convertible was always based on the most powerful and best-equipped version of the “creepy-crawly” of its time. A total of 330,281 open beetles were manufactured at Karmann in OsnabrĂŒck, right up to the final “Volkswagen 1303 Cabriolet” with an engine power of 37 kW (50 hp) as of 1972.

This beautiful Jaguar XK 150 Fixed Head Coupe is in good condition and shows perfect driving characteristics

Jaguar’s first post-WWII sports car was unveiled at the Earl’s Court Motor Show in London in 1948. It was equipped with a brand new and very modern engine, with double overhead camshafts. Sir William Lyons’ design was extremely well received and orders for the XK 120 were plentiful. Due to the fact that the sports car was also relatively inexpensive, it became a huge success; not only in the domestic market, but especially in the USA. A closed coupĂ© (“fixed head coupĂ©”, from 1951) and a convertible (“drop head coupĂ©”, from 1953) rounded off the range.
In 1954 Jaguar modified the sports car and re-launched it as the XK 140. Compared to its predecessor, the new one featured a more spacious interior, improvements to the chassis and brakes, and rack and pinion steering. The 3.4 liter 6-cylinder engine was adopted from the XK 120, it now produced 142 kW (190 hp), or 157 kW (213 hp) with the optional C-type cylinder head. An automatic transmission was available as an option. Nothing changed in the selection of available variants – roadster, coupe and convertible. The XK 140 was only produced for three years and was then succeeded by the XK 150.
